You tell me how your business actually runs. I tell you which parts of it your AI employees should be doing instead of you.
You leave the call with
Runs inside the tools you already use
There’s a job in your business you do every week that you’ve quietly resented for months. Maybe you’re still writing every follow up yourself after a call. Maybe you’re the one chasing invoices, or rebuilding the same onboarding doc for the fourth client in a row.
You’ve thought about hiring for it. The numbers never quite work, and training someone would cost you more hours than doing it yourself.
So it stays on your plate. Forty minutes on Tuesday, an hour on Thursday, and by Friday you still haven’t touched the thing you actually needed to build this week.
That work can be handed over now, and not to a person.
An AI employee runs inside the tools you already use, on a schedule, without waiting for you to remember it.
My other business is a marketing agency, Funnel Saviour. We doubled revenue this year with a team of three people and no extra overhead. Not because anyone worked longer hours, but because the repetitive work stopped landing on human plates. Lead follow up, proposals, onboarding, reporting, all of it runs now whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
I’ve built the same thing for coaches, consultants and service businesses this year alongside my team of AI specialists. The pattern repeats almost every time. Someone arrives certain that the only way forward is hiring three more people, when what they actually needed was the manual work taken out so the people already there could do the work that grows the business.
That’s the part most people get wrong about scaling. More clients doesn’t have to mean more headcount.
This call is where we look at your business specifically and find the parts that are ready for it.
What happens on the call
The booking form takes about four minutes to fill in. Do it properly, because I read it beforehand and it means we skip the twenty minutes where you explain your business to me.
I’ll open by telling you what I think is eating most of your week. You correct me where I’m wrong.
Then we pick one area and go deep on it. I want the real version of how that work happens, not the tidy version you’d put in an SOP.
You’ll leave with two or three AI employees named specifically for your business, in the order I’d build them, and what each one takes off your plate.
Coaches, consultants, and service business owners who are already making good money and have become the bottleneck in their own business. You don’t need to know anything about AI. You do need to be honest with me about how your week really goes.
Anyone hoping I’ll build something on the call. I won’t. You get the assessment and the order to build things in, and what you do with it after that is yours. Some people take it and build the whole thing themselves, which is a completely fine outcome.
Pick the time, then fill in the form on the next screen. It asks about your business, your tools, and the work that’s currently taking the most out of your week.
The last question asks what you’d do with the hours if that work disappeared. People skip past it as a nice-to-have. It’s the one I read first.
Free. Thirty minutes. Recorded, so I can send you the write up afterwards.
